Package and Benefits: As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll receive: - An annual salary of £24,000. - A company pension. - Death in Service benefit. - On-site parking. - Funding for CeMAP qualification - Genuine progression opportunties As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: - Be the first point of contact for customers, handling warm inbound calls and making outbound calls to those who have inquired about a loan. - Complete an information gathering fact find with applicants and explain the application process. - Transfer customers to 3rd party lenders. - Chase clients for outstanding documents. - Provide an exeptional level of customer service on all interactions The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have: - Previous background working at a contact centre or inbound environment (preferred). - Excellent telephone manner and rapport-building skills. - Good and accurate keyboard skills, along with attention to detail. - A GCSE or equivalent (preferred). - At least 1 year of customer service background (preferred) If you've held roles such as Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Operator, Customer Support Agent, Customer Relations Officer, Lead Generator, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive or Customer Experience Specialist, this position could be your next exciting career move.
