Key Responsibilities: Address customer enquiries promptly through email, telephone, and other communication channels, ensuring a friendly and professional approach Achieve required KPIs and team service level agreements (SLAs) Conduct outbound calls to both current and past customers for information gathering purposes Enhance and streamline processes Offer product advice and upsell when appropriate Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting Handle various administrative tasks Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a supportive workplace culture Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a busy customer service setting with strong attention to detail A cooperative team player with a proactive attitude Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service with an upbeat personality Confident and professional telephone etiquette Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
