Monday -Friday (9am-5pm)

We are currently working with an established and highly passionate business in Guildford who are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join the friendly team.

In this role, no two days will be the same!! If you have excellent communication skills, a practical approach, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information and product advice via telephone, email, and social media channels.
Liaising with courier companies and other suppliers
Assisting with exciting company events and photo-shoots
Handling general office duties as required.Skills/ Experience:

Previous Experience working in a similar role
Adapt to changing priorities and tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Possess a clear and confident telephone manner, and proactively resolve customer issues.
Show strong organisational and methodical skills, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn
