Key responsibilities of a

Customer Service Advisor: The main purpose of your role is to provide a

property management

and

tenancy administration

support

service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and prepare renewal of tenancies and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carrier out in time

and to agreed standards. Skills and experience required to be a successful
