An established local company are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team within a new role. With previous customer service experience, you will be supporting the team in handling complaints and providing solutions. Based in Bicester the company pride themselves on offering excellent service to all customers and would like a candidate who is ready to step into a busy role and make it their own.
The hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Offering £24,000-£26,000 per annum with 23 days holiday plus bank holidays this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing customer service skills in a growing company. Due to this being a new role the duties may alter to fit the needs of the company.
