Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

With over 7,500 staff, 20 production units and sales exceeding €2.2bn, Unilin continues to outperform the market through its wide range of high-quality products and customer-focused approach. Due to continued growth an opportunity has become vacant in our St Neots Office for a Customer Service Advisor.

Hours of Work: 35 per week
Location: St Neots
Reports to: Customer Service Manager St Neots
Pension: 4% Company Contribution
Healthcare Cover for Employee
Holidays: 32 per year

Main Responsibilities and Duties
Working in tandem with our external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained. You will be responsible for processing a large volume of orders, dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.
You will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets. This is a fast paced role suitable for someone motivated to deliver results.
You must be a good communicator and someone who is able to prioritise workload.

Essential Criteria
Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role
Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mail
The ability to work in a team as well as individually
Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Sound decision making
Willing to travel to our offices in St Neots, Derby, Liverpool and Belgium for training
Have a proactive approach to work and look to embrace Unilin Values

Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in a similar role
IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP
Qualification in Business, Customer Services or IT
