The Customer Service Advisor is a pivotal role in our mission to provide the best experience and service for our customers.

What youll do:
Provide basic technical information on Etex Exteriors products and services and process all sales orders accurately and effectively.
Manage individual order books to ensure all customer orders are serviced to agreed satisfaction levels.
Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists.
Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures.
What youll bring:
Demonstrable experience working within a customer-orientated environment in a customer-facing role.
Strong workload management and organization skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately.
A proactive self-starter who communications through empathy and care.
