My client is a well know motor group who are looking for a full-time Customer Advisor to join their team in Cambridge.

Working a Monday to Friday and some weekend shifts you will get the opportunity to participate in their leadership and development programmes, expanding and growing your career.

You must have experience within a customer service role ideally within the motor industry.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

· Answering phone calls and emails

· Bookings

· VHC follow up.

· Service history

· Customer service face to face with walk ins.

The successful candidate will:

· Have previous motor industry experience.

· Good communication skills

· Customer facing experience.

· Good attention to detail
