An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, enagaging customer service advisor to join a friendly and collaborative team at their offices on the outskirts of East Grinstead.
This role will see you being responsible for liaising with customers and converting enquiries via telephone and email. Other duties will include arranging appointments, resolving queries, ensuring paperwork is filled out correctly and updating the internal
CRM.
Skills Required:
Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
Friendly and people centric
Previouls Customer Servcie Advisor exprience
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Strong work ethic
Ability to work to targets
Hours and Benefits:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
