Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to come and join our newly established Select Lease by Mobilize team in Reading. In this role you will be the contact between both customers and suppliers, internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a personable manner but also someone with a great attention to detail!

What will you do:

Respond to all Customer and Supplier enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner (inbound and outbound calls)
Ensure department Service Quality Commitments (SQC's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met whilst also maintaining high service levels and standards
Accurate maintenance and administration of our systems
Protect the company at all times from fraud and financial exposure

What you will have:

Exemplary telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work with a good attention to detail
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
