Customer Service Advisor & Sales Support

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Advisor to join our client’s team in Caldicot, Monmouthshire on a permanent basis. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process through accurate order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where precision and customer satisfaction are paramount. You will be responsible for inputting sales orders, providing product support and information, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. A strong background in customer and sales support roles with experience in ERP systems like Oracle is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
