Customer Service Advisor - Blakely Clothing

Norwich City Centre | £12.71 per hour | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Immediate Start | Temporary to Mid-January

Are you passionate about fashion and enjoy providing great customer service? We're excited to be helping Blakely Clothing in looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their Norwich City Centre team during a particularly busy period, supporting customers through the Black Friday and Christmas rush and into the new year.

Working as part of the existing Blakely Clothing customer service team, you’ll support customers primarily through email and social media, handling enquiries around deliveries, lost or delayed orders, returns and stock. You’ll also process exchanges and vouchers and liaise with teams across the business to resolve product, stock, shipment and advertising queries.

The Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone with previous online customer support experience, excellent written English and a genuine interest in fashion and online retail. There is no telephone-based work, so strong written communication, spelling and grammar are particularly important. You’ll also need to be flexible, as workloads can vary depending on order volumes, with the opportunity for additional hours during peak periods.

Based in Norwich City Centre, you’ll be joining Blakely Clothing at a particularly exciting and busy time of year. The central location provides easy access to the city’s amenities and public transport links, although there is no on-site parking available.
