What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary role will be to ensure that our customers' accounts are kept up to date while adhering to regulatory responsibilities. * Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and in a timely manner.

* Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries.
