Job Description - Customer Service Advisor - Dynamic Team

We are seeking a resilient Customer Service Advisor to join our energetic team at Reed Business Support in Slough, Berkshire.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor looking to work in a fast-paced role within a well-established company!

My client is looking for someone who has telephone customer service experience from a call centre environment (this can include working from home in a call centre environment).

Monday – Friday

You must be available for the training dates:

  • Phase 1 - 5th - 12th August
  • Phase 2 - 2nd - 10th September 
  • Phase 3 – 16th – 18th September

My client is looking for the following:-

- Previous call centre experience (either remote/hybrid/office based)

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Work well under pressure

- Objection handling

- Experience handling a high volume of calls

-You will need to be numerical too, as you may sometimes be required to solve calculations and provide customers with accurate calculations.

If successful your offer of employment will be subject to references, DBS check, credit check and will need to hold valid right to work documents.

You will be answering incoming calls and duties include:

- Transferring calls to the relevant departments

- Complaints handling

- Answering any customer queries

- Providing calculations such as remaining balances

As this is a remote position, you should ensure you have a suitable working environment at home, the company will provide a working from home kit including laptop/headset etc. You just need a decent internet speed.
