The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver excellent service to customers by supporting them with queries over the phone and email.

What will your day look like?

• Providing support to customers over the phone
• Building relationships with customers communicating in a helpful and polite manner
• Meet team and personal targets
• Keep up to speed with product knowledge and services
• Provide back-office support when required

What experience do you need?

• Experience working in a customer service role within an office environment
• High volume call experience is desirable
• Previously worked in financial services or a similar regulated environment
