Salary: £25k + Excellent Benefits (33 days holiday, Hybrid pattern post probation)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week)

We're working closely with a fantastic Commercial business in the heart of Salisbury that's looking to welcome some new people into its growing Customer Service team.

And here's the best bit: You don't need experience in financial services. In fact, you don't necessarily need any office experience at all.

What matters is your personality, your attitude, your ability to communicate with people and your willingness to learn.

The business has a brilliant track record of developing people, with internal promotions creating opportunities for new talent to join the team.

So, what's the job?

You'll be joining a busy, friendly Service Centre, helping customers with their questions, solving problems and making sure they receive a genuinely great service.

Some enquiries will be straightforward, others a little more technical, but don't worry. You'll receive a comprehensive six-week training programme to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Your day will involve:

Speaking with customers over the telephone and responding to emails.

Listening, understanding problems and helping people find solutions.

*

Building relationships with customers and colleagues.

*

Learning about financial products and services.

*

Working as part of a supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed.

Who are we looking for?

We're not looking for CVs rich in experience, infact it's all about you and your own skills you bring. You might be a graduate looking for your first career opportunity, someone who's spent the last few years working hard in hospitality or retail, or perhaps you've already gained some customer service experience.
