Customer Service Advisor - £25,000 - £30,000 - Sale - Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (WFH 3 days!)

We are on the look out for a Customer Service Advisor for an emerging Financial Services business in the Sale area of Trafford! If you are looking for a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance and you have experience in phone based Customer Service, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This position as a Customer Service Advisor will be 37.5 hours per week and also hybrid (3 days WFH)

The package for Customer Service Advisor:

• A basic salary of £25,000
• An uncapped commission structure that allows you earn circa £500 p/m extra through your call quality and up selling/cross selling

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries
• Calling customers who have made an enquiry about the products on the website
• Providing accurate information and ensuring that FCA guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients

What we're after for the Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience in working in a phone based customer service role
• Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential
• Someone who is customer focussed with good written and verbal communication skills
