Are you confident, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused role? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of an innovative and growing client in Bassingbourn. If you're someone who loves a challenge, is proactive, and can speak confidently with customers and industry professionals-this one's for you!

The Role

You'll be the heartbeat of the office-ensuring customers receive top-class service while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls and emails
• Processing orders using Sage Accounts
• Managing logistics (including international freight)
• Preparing key info for production and quotations
• Supporting day-to-day office administration
• Helping build strong, lasting customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Experience with order processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong IT, numeracy, and touch-typing skills
• Confident on the phone and able to grasp technical information
• Detail-focused, methodical, and highly organised
