Customer Service Advisor (Remote)

£12.71 per hour, 37.5hrs per week | Equipment Provided

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join the customer care team of a leading retailer on a 20-week temporary contract starting on 5th October.

This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to work from home while supporting customers across multiple communication channels including phone, email and live chat.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling customer enquiries via telephone, live chat and email
Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
Delivering a high standard of customer service on every interaction
Updating customer records accurately across internal systems
Taking ownership of customer queries through to resolution
Working to agreed quality and performance targets
Keeping up to date with processes, procedures and product knowledge
Contributing positively to team discussions and coaching sessions

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A genuine passion for helping customers
Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekendsWorking Hours

The customer care operation runs 7 days a week, and successful candidates must be fully flexible within the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 6:30pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pmYou will work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, depending on business requirements.
