Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll handle enquiries across phone, email, or live chat, depending on the business.

• Handling customer queries with professionalism and empathy

• Providing accurate information about products or services

• Logging and managing customer interactions in CRM systems

• Escalating issues when necessary and following up to resolution

• Supporting service improvement by sharing customer feedback

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Confidence using computers and customer systems

• Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not essential
