About the RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll handle enquiries across phone, email, or live chat, depending on the business.
What You’ll Be DoingHandling customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Providing accurate information about products or services
Logging and managing customer interactions in CRM systems
Escalating issues when necessary and following up to resolution
Supporting service improvement by sharing customer feedback
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence using computers and customer systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not essential
