We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent who will be an integral part of our Business Services team in our Halisham location. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

Description

  • Manage customer queries and provide timely responses.

  • Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to achieve team objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.

Profile

A successful 'Customer Service Agent' should have:

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
