£12.77 per hour (full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Temp to Perm Contract

Our healthcare client provide and maintain medical equipment all over the UK. Due to an increase in business, they need a Customer Service Agent to support their busy office in Ipswich, Suffolk.

With full training given, the successful candidate will work in a call centre environment.

Some of the duties include:

* Managing outbound calls to customers and service users

* Completing customer surveys over the phone

* Confirming delivery dates and times

* Arranging delivery and collection of healthcare equipment

* Responding to emails and queries, so you will need to be adaptable and able to respond effectively to people to resolve issues

* Data entry

* Making courtesy calls to ensure customers are satisfied with the service they have received

* Liaising with colleagues and third parties to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and collections

* Wider general administration

The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full time role which begins on an agency, temporary contract. For the right person there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

We seek an individual who is a team player, reliable and a very good timekeeper. To be considered for this job you must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be competent with using IT systems
