Creideas is hiring for Customer Service Agents for a fantastic client based in Manchester city centre. The role is on a temp to permanent basis
£13.80 an hour, Monday 26th October start date
 
The Role:
You’ll be the friendly, trusted point of contact for clients, supporting them across chat, phone, and email. Every day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of issues and see them through to a successful resolution.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Handling client enquiries across chat, phone, and email
Supporting partners with account updates, changes, and complaint resolution
Investigating and resolving invoice queries efficiently and accurately
Taking full ownership of issues from initial contact through to resolution
Working closely with other departments to investigate and resolve more complex queries
Identifying opportunities to recommend relevant additional products or services during calls, 
Hybrid – Office based in Manchester city centre (35 hours a week. Shifts across Monday to Sunday between 9am-11.00pm Monday to Sunday) Early weekday shifts in-office and later weekday shifts and all weekend shifts from home

The individual
We’re looking for people who:

Enjoy supporting others and can remain calm, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Have strong communication skills and feel confident speaking on the phone and responding to messages in writing
Are organised and proactive, ensuring every issue is followed through to a resolution
Have previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
