The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving customer concerns, delivering service excellence in line with premium brand expectations.

Description

Customer Service Agent - Complaints, Theale:

  • Handle escalated complaints from customers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Investigate complex customer issues and provide timely, fair resolutions.

  • Liaise with dealerships, technical teams, and other departments to resolve complaints effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and values.

  • Monitor complaint trends to identify areas for service improvement.

  • Deliver feedback and recommendations to internal teams based on customer insights.

  • Work to service-level agreements while upholding high standards of customer care.

Profile

Customer Service Agent - Complaints, Theale:

  • Previous experience in a complaints handling or customer service role is essential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

  • Confident managing difficult conversations with empathy and resilience.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise a varied workload effectively.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and brand loyalty.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced using CRM systems.

  • A genuine interest in the automotive sector or premium consumer brands is desirable.

You will be available to work one weekend in about 6.

Job Offer

Salary of circa £27,000 plus excellent package
