We are seeking a driven, hands-on and dedicated individual to help guide and lead the e-commerce team which is proving an increasingly successful revenue stream for the business. This is a great opportunity to be positioned at one of the fastest and most agile departments in the business, with the never ending pursuit of being at the forefront of the industry.
The job roles and responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing the e-commerce call centre, processing and fulfilment teams Communicating frequently with other key business stakeholders to ensure efficiencies are optimised Strive to find process improvements wherever possible Help the respective teams utilise the software at their disposal more proficiently Be quick to act on any trends and data Regularly monitor and report on the progress of key performance metrics Become a key stakeholder in the digital transformation the company is embarking on Foster and spread a pro-active culture
To be considered for the job you must possess: Experience in management and customer service High levels of IT proficiency Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Fantastic communication and man management skills A track record of trying to improve processes and systems
