Client Details

Our client are an industry leading distributor, providing products across multiple sectors including Chemicals, FMCG, Food, Industry and many more. Following recent growth, the business are looking to appoint a new Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager to join them at their offices in East Leeds

Description

• Lead the internal Customer Service & Internal Sales function of 6fte, providing them with regular training, development and feedback
• Manage end to end customer orders, from order processing through to arranging dispatch and delivery
• Ensure a world class level of service is provided to B2B customers during all interactions via phone and e-mail
• Implement a sales through service model, developing upsell and cross sell opportunities that will lead to increased customer spend, supporting the business with commercial targets
• Develop the function into a proactive Internal Sales and Customer Service Team
• Provide support to Area Sales Managers around stock availability and customer support

Profile

• Prior management of a customer service or internal sales function
• Positive approach to developing a team
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with other departments

Job Offer

• Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
• Up to 10% bonus
• Free parking
• Modern offices in East Leeds
• Monday to Thursday 08-30 to 17-00. 4pm finish on a Friday
