CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday only — no weekends, no shift work A friendly, supportive small-team environment A role with genuine scope to develop as the business grows On-site parking Working hours: 08:00–16:30
Our client is a growing logistics and fulfilment business based in Warwick, providing specialist services to a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. With a friendly, close-knit office team of 10, they are expanding rapidly and have created this brand-new role to support their growing client base. This is a permanent, fully office-based position. No hybrid or remote working.
As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator you will:
Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for our client's fashion and lifestyle customers Manage and monitor inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate records Support e-commerce operations with order processing, tracking and fulfilment queries Coordinate with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time Maintain accurate data across internal systems Take full ownership of customer queries through to resolution Play an active part in the business as it continues to grow
The Customer Service and Operations Coordinator will have:
Proven experience in inventory control or stock management A background in e-commerce operations or order processing A confident, professional telephone manner Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy Good IT skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with an ERP or WMS system A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, busy environment Someone who is looking to grow with a business for the long term
