Job Description - Customer Service and Operations Executive

Our Twickenham based client is currently looking for a Customer Service and Operations Executive to join their growing team.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a faced paced organisation and be part of a strong and supportive team. They want a candidate who prides themselves in providing the highest quality service, with excellent communication skills and strong computer skills. You must be able to manage your time effectively and be a highly organised, commercially aware person.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you deliver the highest level of customer service - via email and telephone
  • Logging all details on their in house CRM
  • Liasing with all departments within the organisation

Experience Required:

  • 1+ years of expertise in the Customer Experience & Service field with demonstrated success in delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Experience working with CRM systems and ERP systems
