Customer Service & Order Processor

We are a leading food wholesaler looking for a Customer Service and Order Processor to join the team and be the friendly voice and efficient hand behind out customer orders and delivery support. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Dartford and 2 days remote.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking customer orders via multiple channels (phone, email etc.)
• Accurately inputting orders into our order system
• Handling delivery queries and chasing updates
• Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Building strong relationships with our valued customers

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service or order processing (bonus points if it's in food wholesale)
