We're looking for a passionate Telesales / Customer Services professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handling inbound customer calls and addressing queries professionally.
• Offering technical support over the phone for our innovative products.
• Assisting with inquiries via our internal web chat function quickly and accurately.
• Delivering top-notch customer service that reflects our commitment to quality.
• Initiating sales with potential customers through phone and email outreach.
• Listening attentively to customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat sales.
• Collaborating on group projects to promote both new and existing products.
• Contributing to achieving set sales targets within the team.
• Maintaining our customer database with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for delivering high-level customer service.
• Previous experience in a telesales position is essential.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Confidence and self-motivation to drive results.
• An excellent telephone manner that engages customers.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Enjoyment of working within a target-driven team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and provide support as needed.
