Job Description - Customer Service & Sales Advisor

My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring world-class customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Sage
  • Manage time effectively to ensure high productivity and service quality
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Provide accurate stock and pricing information to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives
What We’re Looking For
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is desirable

Package:

Customer Services and Sales Advisor
  • Full time, 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00
  • Salary £27,477
  • On site
  • FTC until 31 December 2025
Customer Services and Sales Advisor
  • Part time 16 hours per week (either 2 days 8hours/4 days @4hours a day)
  • Salary £27,477 pro rata (£10,990)
  • Onsite
  • FTC until 31 December 2025
