A brand-new self-storage facility is launching in Maldon, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Advisor with a background in self-storage. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the success of a growing, customer-focused company that prides itself on delivering outstanding service.

?? Please note: Candidates without prior self-storage experience will not be considered for this role.

?? What You’ll Be Doing
• Customer Engagement: Be the friendly face and trusted advisor for customers in-store and over the phone
• Sales Delivery: Use your self-storage knowledge to convert enquiries into sales, upsell services, and help hit team targets
• Operational Support: Keep the store clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Administrative Duties: Handle contracts, account queries, and maintain accurate records
• Adaptability: Be ready to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

?? What We’re Looking For
• Self-storage experience is a must - please do not apply without it
• A minimum of 2 years in a customer service, sales, or admin-based role
• A confident communicator with excellent phone and face-to-face skills
• IT-literate - comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
• A proactive, reliable team player who thrives in a target-driven environment

?? Your Weekly Rota (4-Week Cycle):
• Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri: 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm
• Thurs: Late shift 8am-8pm
• Sat: 9am-6pm
• Sun: 10am-4pm
