About the Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their Brighton team, working directly with customers across retail environments, events, pop-ups, and local campaigns.

You’ll provide a friendly customer experience while introducing relevant products and services through face-to-face conversations.

Previous experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing coaching provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with customers face-to-face

* Understand customer needs and answer questions

* Explain products, services, and offers clearly

* Recommend suitable solutions

* Deliver professional sales conversations

* Handle customer concerns and objections

* Build positive customer relationships

* Generate new customer enquiries

* Work towards individual and team targets

* Maintain accurate customer information

* Represent clients professionally at all times

Training & Progression

Training will cover customer service, communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

As you develop, you can progress into Senior Customer Service Advisor, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management roles.

Who This Suits

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, approachable, reliable, and motivated to learn.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or recruitment is beneficial but not essential.
