Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

SDS London is looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our busy Wimbledon Park office and showroom.

As a leading employee-owned architectural ironmongery specialist with over 40 years of experience, we work with trade and retail customers on projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where excellent customer service really matters. You'll receive full training, so you don't need to be an expert in our products to get started!

What You'll Be Doing

Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, providing friendly, professional support.
Process orders accurately and assist with after-sales queries.
Welcome and assist customers visiting our Wimbledon showroom.
Help customers find the right products and solutions, with support from our experienced team.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and deliver a positive customer experience.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales or telesales is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A friendly, professional approach with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and skills.
An interest in interior design, property refurbishment or architectural products would be a bonus.
Good spoken English and the ability to commute reliably to Wimbledon Park.What's In It for You?
