Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

In a Nutshell

Half the job is sorting problems out, the other half is spotting an opportunity when you see one. We're after a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our Glasgow team who can do both, someone who's as comfortable answering a tricky question as they are turning a good conversation into a sale.

The Bits That Matter

Service side:

* Meeting customers in residential areas across Glasgow

* Sorting out questions and concerns on the spot, no script-reading

* Making sure people walk away happy, whether they buy anything or not

Sales side:

* Spotting when a customer's genuinely interested and following it through

* Explaining products/services in a way that actually makes sense

* Closing where it's the right fit — never pushing where it isn't

Either way:

* You're planning your own day, your own route, your own pace

* Your pay moves with your results — simple as that
