Customer Service and Sales Lead

We are recruiting for a growing, purpose-driven company and they are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Lead to join their dynamic team in Wokingham. This is a newly created role and you can make the role your own!! In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—guiding them through the journey, managing relationships, and turning interest into sales. You'll also help streamline internal processes and support planners and coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service and Sales Lead

• Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs
• Generate leads, convert prospects, and hit sales targets
• Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Work closely with marketing and project teams for a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and Excel
• Identify process improvements to help the team work smarter
• Provide admin support across planning and coordination

What you’ll bring:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• A customer-first approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A problem-solving mindset, even under pressure
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus) and Microsoft Excel
• A proactive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced setting
