Job Description - Customer Service & Sales Representative

Offered:

Competitive salary
Uncapped and unconditional bonus scheme
Ongoing sales & product training.
Support in progression with industry qualifications (CII Qualification)
9 – 5.30pm Monday –Friday. No late night or weekend hours.
Hybrid working-option for 2 days a week from home once fully trained.

Role;

Dealing with new commercial and non-standard insurance enquiries – contacting customers or introducing advisors. Closing saleObtaining relevant risk information, providing quotes and converting opportunities.
‘Hot’ enquiries, no cold calling - all incoming enquiries
Management of own client accounts from inception to renewal.
Obtaining terms, building relationships and negotiate premiums.

Requirements;

Sales experience not necessary
This role would suit someone who has customer service experience with some exposure to insurance or sales environment.
Positive approach to contacting new enquiries in a timely fashion, with a positive and can-do attitude.
Highly motivated and proactive approach in every aspect of the role.
Confident telephone manner
Recognising opportunities and having confidence to ask for the business
