If you are a dedicated customer service professional this Customer Service Assistant could be perfect for you, excellent prospects are available to the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Based in the Service Department and managing the customer service requirements

- Managing client maintenance requirements and preparing job sheets on the computer system

- Calculating cost of work to be completed and producing quotations for extra work that is needed

- Allocating jobs to be completed to team of Engineers of nominated Contractors and tracking progress

- Placing orders with suppliers for spare parts, checking and processing invoices for payment

- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation point through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
