Customer Service Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy public sector team based in Wisbech. This is a full -time, office -based role covering a vacant position.

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
  
• Friday: 8:45am – 4:30pm
  
  (37 hours per week)
  

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face -to -face
  
• Providing accurate information and resolving queries
  
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
  
• Supporting administrative tasks across the team
  
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
  

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
