Customer Service Assistant (f/m/d)

What to expect:

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives.

·        Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web, email, chat and fax.

·        Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems.

·        Researches and expedites customer requests.

·        Supports the local Customer Service team, and provides support for other teams when needed.

What we are looking for:

·        Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous.

·        Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful.

·        Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.

The salary range for this position is GBP 24,200 - GBP 26,000.
