Previous experience in customer service would be ideal (retail assistant?) but more importantly, someone who has a
customer-centric attitude is well organized with excellent communication skills.
You will need to be permanently based in the UK and have a valid UK work permit or UK passport, or have indefinite leave to remain (ILR), as unfortunately, we can not offer VISA sponsorship for this role
You will be working closely with our supply chain, finance, and sales team within the customer service team. This permanent full-time (37.5 hours a week), 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) hybrid position which includes
2 days a week based at our global HQ in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
As the Customer Services Associate you will be working within the
customer services team
maintaining key inputs and customer master requirements.
You will need to be good at working in a team with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and able to work to deadlines and be comfortable with deliverable daily objectives.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Associate are to: Manage the administration of customer requirements, in the core business systems (SAGE). Enter and audit orders in a timely and right-first-time manner. Investigation, route cause analysis, and issue of credit notes Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) Order acknowledgements. Manage, update, and maintain master customer information with accuracy. Own and manage the customer services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Ensure Customer Service KPIs are met to ensure the best customer experience. Provide quotes. Deal with new customer enquiries and account set-up paperwork. Manage customer rebates. Support with internal and external audits where required.
