As a Customer Service Assistant at our award-winning takeaway site, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, providing top-notch service to our customers while helping to maintain a smooth-running environment.

In this customer-focused role, you’ll:

• Provide a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for.
• Assist customers with their orders, ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently, accurately, and with a smile.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and organized, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Wash, tidy, and put away pots, utensils, and other equipment as required.

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, positivity, and passion to everything they do. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to grow with us!
