The Role

The successful candidate will support a dynamic operation underwriting insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as part of a dedicated Customer Service Team, delivering high-quality support to clients, brokers, internal teams, and industry professionals.
• Guide clients through the sales and completion process.
• Maintain accurate records, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communicate effectively over the phone and by email.
• Work towards achieving Cert CII professional qualification, supported by the employer.

Key Requirements:

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with Grade B or above in Maths and English.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• A confident, personable, and hardworking individual with ambition and a desire to progress.
