• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to deliver cohesive service.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach.
• Experience working in a tech-focused or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• A team player with great communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
