Our client, a well-established and supportive business, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic role offering strong progression opportunities, and a positive working environment — with no weekend work.

Key duties include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for both B2B and B2C customers via phone and email
• Processing and chasing customer orders
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies and invoice queries
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service department
• Composing professional and well-written email responses
• Following internal processes to resolve customer queries effectively
• Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and service standards

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service or office admin experience (not essential)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy office environment
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
