Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator

The Opportunity:

Temporary Customer Service Coordinator – Immediate Start
Outskirts of Leeds | Onsite | Full-Time Office Hours
Interim Role | Competitive Hourly Rate

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's friendly and fast-paced team on the outskirts of Leeds.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key support to their operations team, you’ll be responsible for:

Handling general customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing job orders accurately and efficiently
Managing payment transactions and resolving billing queries
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using computer systems and managing data
A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
Available to work onsite every day during standard office hours

Location:
Their office is based just outside Leeds, easily accessible by car with free onsite parking.
