Customer Service Coordinator

Gi Group are hiring a Breakdown Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Barnsley (S70)

Pay: £26,436

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping customers? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Breakdown Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Barnsley.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Providing solutions and resolving queries efficiently
Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Managing breakdown and customer service-related enquiriesWhat We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
Confident dealing with a variety of people
A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to quickly learn new information and processes
Customer service experience is advantageousWorking Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Operating hours are between 6:00am and 8:00pm (most likely shift pattern 10:00am - 6:00pm)
Weekend work on a rota basis, approximately 1 day every 4-5 weeksBenefits:
