Customer Service Coordinator 

Location: Aylesford, Kent 
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour – PAYE via Pertemps 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to join a growing business with long-term career prospects. The candidate needs to occasionally support warehouse or van driving operations as business needs require.

Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to existing customers.
Processing customer orders received via telephone and email.
Monitoring and managing the company inbox.
Assisting customers with enquiries, issues, and open support tickets.
Completing general administrative duties.
Producing daily reports and updates for management.
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
Supporting the wider team with various office-based tasks as required.
Customer Service Coordinator skills and experience

Must have Full UK manual Driving License 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Positive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
Customer Service Coordinator - additional opportunities and requirements 

While this is primarily a Customer Service Coordinator role, there may be opportunities to support other areas of the business when required, including:

Assisting with local deliveries using a company vehicle.
Supporting warehouse operations.
Receiving training to become a Forklift Truck Operator (subject to training and business requirements).
Receiving training in engineering-related duties for candidates interested in developing additional skills.
These duties would only form a small part of the role and would be undertaken as and when required by the business.
