Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hamworthy/Poole
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our office team in a customer service role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position. This is a permanent office based role within a well-established and successful business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Speaking with customers by phone and email
* Helping prepare quotes and process orders
* Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
* Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day tasks
* Keeping records accurate and up to date
* This is a customer service and co-ordination role – no cold calling or direct sales.

* Basic computer skills and attention to detail
* Able to work well as part of a team
* No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided.

Whilst previous office or customer service experience is helpful it is not essential – we welcome applications from people looking to develop their skills or move into an office-based role.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm, 37.5 hours/week

Holiday: 20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (PLUS bank holidays). You also get your birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).

As this is a salaried, permanent non-sales role, we pay a competitive salary, but no commission – if you are looking for a commission-based sales role, this is not the role for you
