Are you a highly organised and customer-focused professional looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team, providing essential support across customer service, order processing, logistics, inventory and purchasing activities.

The RoleWorking closely with the Customer Service Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries are managed efficiently and accurately. You will act as a central point of contact for customers while supporting inventory management, logistics coordination and general departmental administration.
Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries and communications.
Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
Processing invoices, credit notes and returns.
Monitoring and managing backorders.
Coordinating deliveries and resolving shipment issues.
Supporting inventory and purchasing activities.
Assisting with stock administration and stock accuracy.
Preparing freight, customs and import documentation.
Maintaining shipment and transport records.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and departmental processes.
Providing support and cover for colleagues when required.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service experience.
Experience processing customer orders.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Experience Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Inventory management experience.
Knowledge of logistics, distribution or purchasing processes.
Experience using Sage and/or SAP.
What's on Offer? Salary of £30,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience.
Salary review after 6 months.
Permanent, full-time position.
